Its very normal. You can try massaging them or have your partner do it to help the blood flow.

I know what you are going through! Except, it's my whole body. I'm a small person to begin with and have always gotten cold easily. However, being pregnant (12 weeks as well) has made it so much worse! I sleep in socks, underwear, pj pants, a t-shirt and then either a long sleeve t-shirt over that or a sweatshirt. Add to all that four thick blankets! My husband sleeps in his underwear and a sheet! lol I just can't get warm. And then sometimes in the middle of the night I get the chills so bad that I can't stop shaking. Doc says I'm perfectly fine and my pregnancy is going great. I have never been one to get sweaty feet but my husband and son do and he says that it's because they have better circulation that I do. Maybe that true...

Yes, my whole body is so cold though. I've been drinking a lot of hot chocolate to warm up..I usually hate sleeping with socks at night, but I have to now...it seems like one symptom after another with this pregnancy...

This is very common in pregnancy and nothing to worry about!! (Google it to put your mind at rest)

I'm 37 weeks pregnant and my feet are ALWAYS cold, very annoying but very normal!!

Good luck with your baby! Cat x

Yeah It has to do with the circulation in your body while being pregnant.. I know it sucks but i actually like my feet being cold because it makes me feel right at temperature i dont like to feel hot lol

when your body needs to supply blood to a more important part of the body in your case the baby your feet and hands get less to compensat this is why they are cold

Don't panic whatever you do because you might hurt or scare the baby you should wear house slippers and or wear socks to bed and when you get up so you don't feel scared or worried.
