Why is it that when people gripe about illegal immigrants the only one mentioned are Mexicans?

because we group all Spanish specking people into one category it's not right it's just the way it is

Cuz we don't know the difference and we DON'T care. How bout this .Illegal Hispanics as most of them are hispanic, Illegals hispanics should not be here. Illegal hispanics , Illegal Russians,Illegal Polish , ANYONE ILLEGAL NEEDS TO BE GONE.

There are certain areas of the country where the vast majority of illegal criminal aliens are from Mexico, and from other Latin American countries. Obviously you will hear these people complain about the illegals they see right??

Wouldn't make much sense to complain about all the 'Russian' or 'Irish' illegal aliens in El Centro, California, now would it???

Because the majority of the ILLEGAL immigrants that are her are actually from Mexico. It's pretty easy to sneak inot this country from the, obviously. Not so easy if someone is from, for example, India or Africa. Walking across a border is much easier than trying to get on a plane or a boat to come over here. Plus most of the immigrants overseas tend to go through the correct legal channels to come her. They have pride in the thought that they can become a citizen of this country. That's the way it should be.

Because when I was an illegal alien for a minute about 20 years ago (I jumped over the fence into a famer's field in Montana and then jumped back; the border was only six miles from the ranch where I was raised) I didn't take anybody's job or classroom spot or emergency room spot away from them. Canadians bring money with them to spend.

Thats more than half from 1 country alone, out of 193 different countries in the world for it to be possible for illegals to be from.

I don't understand why this question keeps getting asked when the large majority are from Mexico.

Because there are currently 21,350,346 illegal aliens in the US. Of those, only 529,847 are of nationalities that are not Mexican (everybody else). The VAST majority of this problem comes from Mexico.

I WILL add, however, that the people who add the Mexican epitaph to the illegal alien problem are usually pro-illegal activists who WANT to turn this into a race issue rather than a legal issue.
