Where do you rank the Giants' defensive performance in Superbowl history?
They were stellar nearly the entire game. I have to rank it up there near the 85 Bears. Simply put, hats off to the Giants' defense and defensive coordinators.
For now I'm going to say
1. 85 Bears
2. 01 Ravens
3. 07 Giants

Just behind what the Bears 46 defense did against the Pats in Super Bowl XX.

It was decent, given that they took all of the defensive coordination from Jim Johnson's playbook. But New England's line just wasn't up to snuff tonight. I'd give it an 8th.

This has to be the greatest defensive performance of all time. They just stopped the best offense of all time. That first half of Giants defensive football was remarkable.

Second only to the one against them in 2001 by the Ravens, the Giants only scored 7 points in that game.

Well, I definitely think they are the key reason the team won. They barely let Brady breathe let alone throw a ball!!
