No they cannot. They themselves are and they'll be sent home.

Edit: Most Mormons, if devout enough to make it to their mission, won't have an affair. They have much more discipline than that.

hum, that's an interesting question, I have a morman friend but I think she might slap me if I asked her that. I would imagine it happens, cause they are only human and that's what we tend to do, but I dont know if it's allowed? They are pretty protective it seems of their fellow mormans and in my opinion, I don't think much would be done.
