You should definitely tell your Mum , even though it may be difficult . It would be a good idea to have her support and for her to help you through your decision making . How to tell her ? perhaps you could tell her face to face , but take a support person along too . As for abortions , as simple as it sounds to get the procedure and move on there is a lot more to an abortion than that . Many people who have had abortions suffer from extreme guilt and even depression . Keeping the baby would also be difficult , but if you decided to do so , then having your mums support would be very helpful . Best of luck , take care .

My parents were putting in their yard so I got them a small tree that had a note hanging from it saying "There is a new branch on the family tree" With my in laws I gave them a picture frame that said baby at the top. Where you put the pic I wrote picture to follow in 6 months.

This time we were having dinner at my inlaws and I was supposed to bring a dessert. I made cookies that were shaped like booties. I frosted them blue and pink.

Well when I found out I was pregnant I went out and bought a coffee mug that says grandma and grandpa on it and a card that said congrats grandma n grandpa. My mom had no clue. She asked me if I knew how to read lol. Then she finally got it. Good luck and congrats!!!

I'm thinking of waiting until valentine's day for my inlaws and doing something cute...like buy a valentine's card that says for grandma and grandpa or something..I don't know yet, but I just called my mum 10 minutes after I got a positive!

well, i showed pictures of my scan! u can always try t-shirts, eg "nr 1 grandma" or "i love my grandpa" or u can have it printed on a mug, with a picture of the scan. u could send ur mom flowers & a card saying "congrats grandma" i'm sure u'll eventually find a perfect way to tell them

My plan is to frame the sonogram picture in frames that say "I love grandma" and "I love grandpa." Something like that would be good. Congrats!

My friend bought a grandparents photo frame and framed the Preg. test, then wrapped it.

I bought my mom a book whose title was: I love you Grandma. For my inlaws, we bought them 'I love my grandma' and 'I love my grandpa bibs'. It was really fun. They were so excited!
