What would be a good valentines gift for a 17yr old male??

Well, I am 16 and in to jazz, and I think he woud like something to go with an insturment if he plays on. (Custom drum sticks, guitar picks/stap, sax stuff, bongos, w/e. lol) Or records, too. Buddy Miles, Buddy rich, Gene krupa, Count Basie, Duke ellington, etc.

But romantic stuff is always good. It's not what the item is, but the meaning that counts. Get him something like an inside joke, then write him a poem. That's great right there! :D

If he has an ipod by any chance buy him a gift token so he can download his own music and that way it would take the pressure off you rushing around the shops trying to find/guess what he may like.

Like the other person said, make him a mix CD of his favorite artist. What you can do is play the CD for him while you guys are in the living room, your room, etc. Or even take him outside (if it's nice out) and have a dessert picnic. Happy V-Day :)
