There's always a slight risk of salmonella, no matter where you get your eggs from.
Source(s): I've eaten raw cookie dough and cake batter all my life and I've never gotten sick, but the chance is always there. I like to live life on the edge. :) - Anonymous1 decade ago
Theres alot of protein in uncooked egg.
I used to put two raw eggs into a glass, add a bit of milk because of the taste and down it before I went running.

not risk-free, uncooked meat is exceptionally plenty off limits. careful with fish, mercury is in a number of it which could harm the child. be sure your meals are cooked properly or washed properly so as that no micro organism or pesticide residue is left on the nutrition. do not attempt to consume uncommon meat, the two, it would not be sure that each and all of the micro organism is killed. communicate on your well-being care expert approximately any meals that is off limits for you because of the fact of achieveable problems (my sister definitely progressed gestational diabetes and had to sidestep sugar)

Nope, thats how people get sick with salmonella poisoning!
It's only okay in very small quantities, like liking the bowl after making cookies/cakes and the such!

No, it's not. BUT you can buy special pastuerized eggs, which are slightly more expensive, but don't carry the risk of diseases.
