need some help?
just seeing if anyone can help before i need to pay for advice from a doctor. Every once in a while I get acne on my upper back. Its not like break outs or anything. I never get like 50 small ones, just like one or two large zits. Its annoying cuz i'll be blemish free for like 2 months, but then get like 2 big ones and not be able to take my shirt off at the beach for like 2 weeks while they heal. Anyone know how to permanently get rid of them or make them go away quicker? thanks!

They could be sweat pimples or irritated hair follicles. Try a medicated body wash and see if that helps.

Try using an acne soap product regularly! These products deep clean the skin pores!! Perhaps you can prevent such frequent reoccurance!! Also try a litte cornstarch based powder!! That will help absorb the sweat thereby keeping your back dry! Other than that I do know that stress has been linked to outbreaks like that!! Perhaps some tme in a tanning bed would help!! Please know that most everyone gets these large pimples/heat bumps at some point in time, so it is perfectly normal!! Good Luck!!
