Where can I get my IPOD fixed?

I have a second generation 20GB IPOD, and the only thing that is wrong with it is the skip track button seems to be stuck, so everytime I pick a band, it skips through all their songs and then goes back to the menu. I bought it from my brother for $150 bucks over 2 years ago, and I don't want to buy a new one. There is no Apple store any where near where I live, so will some place like Best Buy fix it, or am I just screwed?

You can check best buy, but your best bet is to call apple customer care. You can actually ship your ipod to them and have them fix it for a fee of course. Make sure you send it in a puffy envelope to protect it.

Call Apple support and let them check if there is an Apple approved service provider near you.

the apple store will make you pay the same amount to fix it as if you bought a new one.

    so buy a new one
