does any one know a good calculator to see how many sit ups i should do every night to loose weight?

i mean really i've been to a lot of sights and not one of them could tell me how many situps i would have to do to burn one pound. or how many mins of running i would have to do so could some one help me out?

    you should od around 15 sit ups times a day evry other day

    Alot.

    Situps wont make you loose weight, but it will tone your muscles more.

    BTW, a pound is 3,500 calories. you do the math.
