You need to put your Photos on Flickr. Then set to public and click add to yahoo.
On your 360 ''my page'' click on ''edit person photo''
Set this to primary and save.
The Photostream are not updating, you keep the same photo on there all the time This is a bug in Yahoo and Flickr.And it takes up to four days or longer to show up on your page.
This is because the system is running slow.
You can try to add a Slide show to put in your Blog so your friends can see some updated photos.

Howdy stranger. You gotta download the photos to a folder on your computer first, then you'll be able to work with them any way you want.
