I loved Stardust! While there's one part where Robert De Niro dresses up like a woman and dances around that makes you say "WHAT!!!?!", it actually turns out to be really funny and heart warming. My husband and I only watch family movies and this is an absolute favorite- plus it's a girly movie and makes you feel so good because not only is it a comedy but it's a romantic comedy. Trust me, it's SENSATIONAL!!! I loved it so much when we rented it that I went out the next day and bought the DVD. There's no sex, graphic violence, or exposed nudity. We're both in our late 20's and don't really like movies geared for children, this isn't, and while the plot stays adult it also stays clean.

The Pursuit of Happyness. Secondhand Lions. Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants. A Family Thing.

These are four absolutely excellent films, but not all of them are "current." I sure hope you have a nice weekend with these!

October sky is a few years old but very good, another one is Last of the Dogmen. Both are very enjoyable movies.

I watched pursuit of happyness but it dragged on for too long.It wasn't bad otherwise.

If your in the mood for classic movies, try 12 angry men, adventures of robin hood,or maybe something more current like Dante's Peak,Knights tale,or Rudy.

A current film you would love would be:

    The Pursuit of Happyness

My mom (and me) preferred this movie, and she doesn't enjoy the profanity laced, teen sex comedy movies that come out. what a great movie, rent it!
