When you are winning and in contention for the playoffs, stress reduces. We all know what stress can do to our outward appearances. Maybe the man is just a little more relaxed that the YOTES have a future finally and his stress level is lowered creating a better outward appearance. Just a thought.

I have a honest heart-to-heart question....
Does it really matter WHAT he looks like? I don't think so. He can get nose job and look like Michael Jackson for all I care....because whatever he looks like on the outside doesn't matter....he's still the same ole Gretz.
Besides he looks the same as he always has.

I know what you mean. Any time I see him behind the Coyotes' bench, I wonder the same thing. Botox?
