Running an illegal business??

Question

I think that someone I know is doing things illegally here in California. I know for a fact that they pay their workers cash and do not put them on payroll so that they pay no taxes. They also hire a lot of illegal immigrants and just give them cash at the end of the day. They do different jobs around the bay area and they have no invoices.. nothing. Is there any way to report this???

Call the IRS, Insurance Commissioner.  These kinds of people need to be reported!  They give small business owners a bad name.

Animosity, Us business owners that do everything legit HATE people like you!  Learn how to run a legit business and then talk.  I think you are the one that should be killing yourself you loser piece of ****!  Go back to Mexico and clean up your own damn country!  Take your sixteen cousins living in one house with you!  Loser!

This stuff riles me up, report it to everyone, if every one did something, it might make a difference. 
If your not legal and dont have a legit SS card (I know they use
fake ones) you shouldn't be allowed to earn wages here.
And the business's that condone this should be held accountable more so than than the illegal immigrants.

Call your local sheriff and ask them where to start. I would call the tax office as well and have a chat with the people there.
INS would probably like to know about this also.
