Why is it so hard for people to show their feelings??
I don't mean the feeling of hate, animosity, spite, -or- anger towards another. I mean love. It's so much easier to put up the hate guard, but so hard to show love--all parts of it. [Like telling a guy/girl in a realtionship that you love them, -or- just being nice to someone who's hurt you, -or- just being friendly in general] Why is that?? Why is it that it's so hard for people to show the feeling that would benefit us all??

There are positive way of expressing negative emotions. One way of opening up is to write down your feelings. Many of us are raised to not publically display emotion. I don't think it will ever be different though and that is just sad.

it is the same way with me. why i don't do it is because i don't like hearing other people judging me about who i like and having to hear their point of view.
