I remember, in preschool/head start, we had outside people come in to teach us about safety--fire safety, stranger danger, medicine, and people touching you inappropriately [just to name a few]. They would come and would act out with these felt puppets and coloring pages. The main characters were a group of a few kids--a white girl, a black boy, and a spanish boy [I think his name was carlos]. I really thought this was a cute educational program and would love to find out its name. And I think there was this blue bird that was always there [a mascot/logo/something]. I really hope this helps. I am working on memories that are almost thirty years old.

forgive me, but i remember maybe two scenes:

1] the young boy is sent to live with his grandfather [?] somewhere in europe--as they drove down the road, he yells at the older man to watch out since they were driving on the "wrong side" of the road

2] he found some dragon eggs and hatched one and became attached to it

So, all I remember is a young boy and young girl fall in love and kiss by a fountain. They grow up and the boy is a painter/artist. I at first thought it was Leonardo Dicaprio who played the adult boy, but cant seem to find the movie. There is really not much, I wish you could see what I'm remembering. O.o Anyhting will help.

Unfortunately Timelife's '60s Gold Collection is discontinued and I can not find the complete list of songs from the albums, though I was able to sometime last year. Does anyone have it? And if so, can you send me the list of songs? Thank you....

I just remember a man--he could have been a professor or doctor [I just remember him wearing a lab coat] and there was a round little boy who would follow him around--im unsure if that was his son -or- not--the only thing I remember the boy doing was blowing a bubble....sorry for the vague memory, but if you have ANY information at all, pray tell....:]

I have a tendency to forget movie titles especially when I come into it in the middle. But in this movie a man in jail has been using a young lawyer/student to commit crimes. I only saw the end when the young lawyer tied another girl upside down....evidently she dies when she falls and lands ontop of a building and the hero answers her phone where it happens to be the convict. Sorry, that is all I saw. I hope it is enough information. Thank you

what was the name of that television show with the two men out in the wild....they were superheros i believe and the sidekick turned into a tiger -or- something like that....i really don't remember much about it just that they wore hardly any clothes and fought a lot and lived among the animals lol sorry for the lack of information....and it came on like tnt, tbs, or usa....

Ohkayy I currently have 11,416 unread messages [not including the ones I have read but haven't deleted yet....if counted then it'd be 13,000+] and I was wondering, does anybody have a fast and easier way to delete them all without losing messages that I really need?? ohkayy i'm pretty sure the word "chocolate" is in the title....

and i'm pretty sure it's an italian film....

it is of a lady and her neice, i believe, and they go back to italy, and the aunt finds love, but her niece [i believe she wore glasses] is in love with the same person and obviously is heartbroken when she finds out that the guy she likes likes her aunt instead....

for some reason, "wine" and "chocolate" sticks out to me....but i dunno....

but the movie was very beautiful :]

Ohkayy, it's pretty hard to explain, so i'm going to try my best, although i remember it perfectly in my head :]

firstly, i believe the film is a middle eastern film....but i am really not sure....

in the film, there's a family, i remember that there is a mother, father, and their son, not sure if they had anymore kids....well the son finds a young boy his age that the grownups have been hiding in a well [-or- hole in the ground] for some reason, i'm not sure if they wanted to sell him, kill him, -or- what, but the son has found this kid and wants to rescue him....

that was pretty much what was happening in the movie....the poor child was being kept hostage and the son wanted to rescue him....and the grownups fought over what was to be done with him....

any lead on the movie will be very helpful, thanks :]

I don't mean the feeling of hate, animosity, spite, -or- anger towards another. I mean love. It's so much easier to put up the hate guard, but so hard to show love--all parts of it. [Like telling a guy/girl in a realtionship that you love them, -or- just being nice to someone who's hurt you, -or- just being friendly in general] Why is that?? Why is it that it's so hard for people to show the feeling that would benefit us all??

When I think of it, I think that online dating and meeting someone in person both are the same thing, except for the obvious. For example going into a club and getting someones numbers, etc. and talking to someone online are the same, except that online you don't talk to the person face to face.

In both cases, you don't really know who you're talking to. Like at a club, the person's number who you get could be a rapist, pedofile, ect. and same with online. So why is it that people completely disregard online dating??

[for face to face dating, I don't mean dating someone you already know....but meeting a complete stranger]

Why is that [some] blacks and [some] hispanics--that is those with strong west indies/caribbean/islander blood--tend to be so offended when told that their ancestries derive from Africa??

For example, I know a girl who is Haitian, and "insults" me and my friend because we are African and when my friend and I try to tell her that technically she is African/has African blood in her, she gets so offended [Godforbid she was] but the truth is that a large section of that area has African ancestry, it's evident in their food, music, and culture as a whole....[same with the Hispanic parts, their ancestry traces back to Africa and Spain, too]

Why don't people know -or- refuse to know about their ancestry and when told get offended -or- seem to be in denial??

It's true. Why is it that the usa culture tends to overlook that continent [Africa] and it's people?? Why is it that usa classrooms lack to teach students about African history and geography?? [i mean teenagers still think that Africa is a country]. Why is it that [some] black americans tend to disown Africa and their ancestory that traces back to the continent? All in all, Africa is a big continent, one of the largest, yet people still tend to go about it as if it is not there. In general, people are more likely/able to name several countries in Europe and Asia, are more informed and educated about other parts of the world, but when anything comes down to Africa it's shunned as if it were a bad thing. Also, another thing, why is it such a big deal that celebrities abopt children from Africa as if no one has ever done it before?? There are a lot of questions, I know, but any answer will help, thanks :]
