Querida Carmela: la expresión "full figure" tiene una connotación positiva referida al cuerpo y significa grande y curvilínea de un modo atractivo, que atrae y es sexy. Por el caso también se dice "full breast" para describir que una dama tiene pechos bellos y exuberantes. Ya ves no es precisamente gorda para lo que yo usaría terminos como : "plump", "chubby", "overweight", "big", "large", "heavy", "obese..."
