all of a sudden my ankles are swollen and really painful to stand on?

Sounds as though your are storing water for some reason. Make sure you drink lots of water to flush the kidneys. Lie on the floor and rest your legs up the wall to allow the fluid to drain away. See the doctor if things don't change.

Could be hypertension (high blood pressure). Go for a check up.

i had something similar, idk what brought it on, but it didn't hurt, my feet just felt numb and i couldn't walk, or even stand.
