Do you think Pres. Bush actually believes his own statements?

To me it appears that Bush believes that the end justifies the means. Does he really believe the things that he says? How does Bush justify in his mind all of the lies that he and his administration have put out there?

Bush absolutely and firmly believes everything he says. He has the kind of mentality that you run into once in a great while that simply assumes that, "if I say it, it must be true." His statements are not informed by any reasoning, any facts, or any understanding of the world. But he is so overwhelmingly self-righteous that he actually believes that the first thing that comes into his head is always going to be true.

If you hooked the guy up to a lie-detector, I'm sure he would pass every time.

And by the way, I am sorry to inform you that you will find this same mentality distressingly often as you go through life, especially on the part of people in high positions.

Bush is a crap. He has ruined a lot of things. He lies, and he know he often lies like most politicians. But he lies for wars, for generating hatreds between civilisations, cultures or nations, rather than for a peace, economic improvement or other national priorities. He desperately lies for wars because he wants his group of followers to be in those superior positions for a long time, longer than 8 years. He has dramatically changed the global environment which is heading to dangers. Bush understand what he has done. now he has to continue the lies for a consistency. there is no truth or false in political arena. Winners always have the mouth to say. the problem for Bush is he has exhausted his words to defend his lies. he got believe his own statements, or who cares!

Solar Power Socialism seen as evil by Bush, cronies. Justification as long as alternatives to war supressed untill it peters out then it is a win for him he will not be in office when it ends. Help for Society, No Global Warming, these are not on the agenda of his type.

It is all propaganda. All of the American people need to read a book or two on propaganda it will explain a lot. Unfortunately not only do most Americans not think, they most certainly would never read a book. That's why we are all controlled like herds of cattle. That's why when our country is completely stolen by the very rich we will be engrossed in our light up tennis shoes, and Paris Hilton's latest dog.

Bush has a simplistic view. Everything is black and white.

If he has a decision to make, he decides which option he likes best.

Then he looks at the opposing view, and if it doesn't prove to be 100%, undeniably correct, he figures his favorite option must be correct.
