i have one of those cold sores on the inside of my mouth. the little white bumps. how do i get rid of those they are so painful

Its an ulcer.It just takes time for it to go away.Just make sure u don't eat or drink anything with acid in it like oranges.Go to ur local chemist.

1. A product from the drugstore called GlyOxide.

There is those orajel commercials. It is this kind of cream you buy at a store and put it on the sore...also i have heard that you can gargle salt water and it hurts bad, but it kind of heals it.

There's something called KARMEX which tastes awful but works well. Buy it in an Medicine aisle of any Grocery store

Keep swishing hydrogen peroxide around and spit it out DO NOT swallow it. It really hurts but will go away faster Its cheaper than GLYoxide and can be used for more things

Gargle mouth with salt water (may burn) and use anbesol this is for your canker/mouth sore.

it will take time to heal them... you have gotten them because when you sleep your teeth bite together and you bite your cheeks which causes those bumps!!
dont pick at it, it will only get worse!
