Bleeding while pregnant?
Im about 9 weeks pregnant (will be tomorrow) and everythings been fine so far, no spotting and no cramping or anything.
This morning I get up to go to my doctors appointment for a blood test only and im ok for about an hour, then theres this odd gush of bright red blood. No clots or anything just a small gush of bright red blood. I asked the hospital about it while I was there and they said to wait till tomorrow because I have an ultrasound scheduled for tomorrow.
Theres no bleeding now, no blood just a bit pink and brown when I wipe.
I was just wondering if anyone else has had this and has gone on to have a healthy baby? Im really freaking out about it :(
Oh yeah I forgot to add, theres no cramping at all except the usual feelings Ive been getting now and then from the uterus growing. I would not even consider them mild at this point.
this is not my first pregnancy but if I loose this one it will be my last. I cant deal with loosing another one (this would be number 5) 6 if I count the molar pregnancy.

I did this all three times when I was pregnat, now I am not saying this is your case, however all three times, they said I miscarried, which I did but because they said I was carrying twins and did not even know it, so my body knew I could not carry twins, so it aborted one of them each time, but I carried the other child fine, and now I have 3 wonderful children, the last of three did have a birth defect when he was born which was club feet, but they are all healthy. Just have faith, and don't stress, just take it easy, and you will be fine.

This is what you dont want during pregnancy: bright red bleeding that is filling pads, along with cramping.
I can't tell you much more. It's good you are going to have an ultrasound tomorrow. Although you're not filling pads and not bleeding anymore, it sounds like it was more than spotting, which is just some pink or brown staining.

I would highly suggest calling your obgyn and explaining the situation to him or her. Or just head back to the emergency room
