Keeping Fresh paint detailed?
Hello, My 300 was custom painted two-tone about a week ago. I was told I couldn't use wax or a Spray detailer...I can use a Maguiars deep crystal polish, What are other products that will be safe on my car? I'm headed to a car show next month and I want the car to look really nice & detailed. Any info would be greatful! thanks

I just had my 67 repainted this past summer and they told me I could use MeGuires spray detailer but no type of wax for 90 days and mine is black and I have used nothing but the spray detailer on it and thats all I ever plan on using on it and it does a great job with no ill effects.

Why don't you ask the guys who painted your car.
But I know any type of harsh soap or home product (dish soap) will harm the clear coat.
Mother's makes some really good detailing products. I'd look at their catalog.
Between Maguiars and Mothers, they should have you covered.
