use the pythagorean therom
A squared + b squared = C squared
60 squared + 60 squared = c squared
7200 = c squared
square root of 7200 = c
c= 84.85

What shapes do you get when you split the square with a diagonal? Two trangles. Since we know the field is a square, that means all the sides are equal (therefore, if you know one side, you know all the sides).
So now you have a trangle with two sides equal to 60 feet. You can now use Pythagorean's theorem: A (squared) + B(squared) = C (squared)
A and B are your two sides and then you just solve for C.
Good luck!

square 60 x 60 '
corners are 90 degrees
square of hypotenuse = sum of squares of the other two sides
diagonal = sqrt( (60*60) +(60 * 60))
diagonal = 84.85 feet to two decimal places

the diagonal of a square is x times the sqrt of 2, when x= the length of a side.
so it would be 60 sqrt of 2.

If you are in Australia, type in the first 4 digits of your phone number at step 1. Then it works. It's a simple calculation made complex: X - first half of your phone number Y - second half of your phone number X*(80+1)*250=X*20250 X*20250+2*Y=2*(X*10,000+Y)+250 now subtract 250 and divide by 2 leaves you with X*10,000+Y which is your phone number To get the first half of your phone number to 'join up' with the second part you have to multiply it by 10,000 (shift it 4 decimal places to the left). Clever though...

You're basically finding the length of the hypotenuse of a right triangle...
60^2 + 60^2 = 7200 (sqrt) = ~84.8528 ft...

if home to first is 60, then first to second is 60. and a triangle is 360. so just minus 120 from 360 and that's how far it is. i'm almost positive.
