First of all Old Testament Law(s) changed with the Gospel of Christ to the Higher Law (forgiveness, love your enemies, turn the other cheek etc). Although if we were all held to the strict codes & standards of biblical times I dare say 3/4 of us would be stoned for the immorality we engage in nowadays!
