Underclock a CPU safely.?
I want to achieve it essentially the same effect as PDAs running XScales, I think I got the just of it on how it is done, undie the FSB. What is the safest values I could have gone: AMD Athlon X2 3800+ Socket 939 on an ECS RS480-M with 1 GB worth of DDR333.
GPU too, All-in-Wonder X800 GT 128 MB DDR3, but that I have no idea how to go about it.

You go into the BIOS and slowly lower the FSB. There is no risk to underclocking unless you make it so slow it can't start up, but I wouldn't go below 800 MHz.
EDIT: When I said 800 MHz I was referring to clock speed, not FSB.
