What's next for the U.S. Congress....Bill Belichick?

I think it's hilarious that all the Patriot's fans are now eating their words, "They only did it for one game!" Oh yeah...?

Since the United States Government thinks our country needs to waste time and money on baseball and steriods,(something they could send over to the People's Court and Marilyn Milian could knock out this case in 30 minutes!) they are licking their chops on getting their hands on this case.

All jokes aside, as bad as I want Bill Belichick and his Patriots to go down in flames, it's not going to happen. There is too much at stake for the NFL. Goodell wants this to go away probably more than the cheater himself.

Who thinks Belichick is going to get away with this with a warning or do you think he's going to get fired or even worse, banned from the NFL?

We will see what happens once that camera guy gets questioned. You are most likely right that the dog and pony show will only amount to a bunch of wasted tax dollars, and that there will be no real punishment for the cheaters and their accessory to the cover-up, Goodell.

I agree that the NFL has to much to stake like: canceling the league's antitrust exemption!!!

That's huge. I think your right in that it won't happen..I hope your right..for everyones sake.

I think that they should fire Belichick. Even if he's a great coach..for real...there will always be that shade of doubt in people's minds and the not only has he tarnished HIS reputation but the reputation of the players, Goodell, and the NFL as a whole.

Edit: Well Goodell is capable of tarnishing his own rep.....

I just read an article that states the taping has been going on since 2000! Thats a lot of games and superbowl wins that are now tainted! Belicheat should be fired. Something serious needs to be done. The NFL is supposed to be about the better team winning, not who has the better tapes!

Lets see, Pete Rose is probably the greatest baseball player ever and he's banned for life for gambling. The problem was that gambling might influence the natural outcome of games.

The taping seems to be the same or worse. Banishment for life!

Yeah. Let us put Bill Bellichick on the stand. I am sure if forced he will name all the people he knew in his lifetime who knew about his "acitivities". That includes coaches from other teams, and people from teams he used to work with, including the Giants.

Ok, so let us start the witch hunt, and let us destroy each other. Must be fun seeing this whole nihilism thing.

I think they should investigate Brady's cast too...he might have a secret video tape in there...and oh yeah, ban belidick and fine the cheatriots

I think the Pats will fire him so they can try to save their reputation. The Pats will wait for a few loosing streak to make it look better.
