First of all, take care that anytime you shave - especially around your sensitive areas - that you use a fairly new razor. You don't want to use the same razor you use on your legs, for instance, because the blade will tend to wear out and become rough - and that can cause tiny lascerations on your very sensitive skin.
Second, when you shave, do so slowly - and with the direction of the hair growth to remove the bulk of any hair. Only once the hair is short, go back across the same area in reverse - against the grain of the hair - to remove the last bits of stubble. So long as you do this slowly, you should be able to avoid razor burn / bumps.
Finally, any kind of moisturizing skin cream will help your skin to remain healthy. Things like "Nair" and various other products use chemicals to kill the hair follicles, and those chemicals can also cause serious chemical burns on certain people's skin. There are warnings on most such bottles, explaining not to use them on your genitals or face. The intent is to remove leg / arm / armpit hair, primarily - because the skin there is thicker and more resilient.
Finally, once you've been shaving for a while - and you've done so regularly - not only will you get better and more steady at it, but your skin will develop more resilience to the process, and the bumping will reduce as well.
Keep in mind:
- Slow, with a clean, new razor
- With the hair, to remove any thick strands
- Against the hair, to clean off any stubble
- Moisturize, to revitalize your skin

Well, there is nothing abnormal about having hair. I'm someone with a hairy body; I've got hair down my tummy, too, but I've never thought myself to have the potential to be "different" until I came to Yahoo! Answers. I don't have 20 hairs around my nipple, but I have 1 or 2 thicker ones around them. Also I have many finer, but visible, hairs all over my chest. My skin is relatively pale and my hair is black, so I see 'em.

Nipple area ..Plucking is easiest.. Just make sure that you support surrounding area with your other hand when doing it.
