Depends on how much Red Bull you usually drink. I drink between 8 - 10 large cans per day for almost 20 years straight now and I have my last one just b4 I go to bed. No problem sleeping. If you are not an addict like me, you might be up for a few hours

It's a Red Bull, not heroin. The result is hardly a "rush".

Probably a few hours.. maybe 5? Well actually, it makes you stay awake for a looonggg time because they put SO MUCH caffeine in those drinks. Don't drink too much. It really isn't good for you.

I don't know but it's better if you don't drink that stuff. Those high-caffinated drinks are not good for you, especially the Rockstar/Monster stuff.

Unless you need to stay awake, don't drink it. Just have a diet coke.
