Would you use my services?

For some time, I have been thinking of starting a business by providing a service to help others budget their money. I talking about using the money that a person all ready earns and ways of using it wisely. I was planning to put together a budget plan on what to consider as far as goals and the pitfalls of spending beyond your means. I do not plan to advise people of buying investments because I am sure there are legal requirements and certifications that a person has to have. So what do you think of my idea? Would you consider on using my services? I have been a Business Math Instructor for several years, have some tax preparation experience and personally have learned on how to stay debt free. I welcome your opinions. Thanks.

I think my fiance used a service like this long ago to get himself outta debt and better organized. I think it was through Nationwide and then consolidated all his bills into one account and this service was provided and w/out the financial investment side. So there already are ppl out there that do this I believe. You might ask yourself if you would you consider taking employment w/ one of those types of agencies OR is it the hope of owning your own business that leads you. Ive had two business myself and the second one darn near killed me so the funny thing is Im looking into ideas ( NOTHING LIKE YOURS) to try again. I had a business coach once and he said that location is important and that its best if I can go to my consumers or an area where I would find a high population of my consumers. I mention this cause it sounds like your consumers would be the ppl that may not be able to afford the investment advice. Young ppl just starting out or the less fortunate that got themselves into a few financial snags. Ask yourself what areas you can find these ppl.

On a final note, if you wanna test the waters out, I have an idea. There are organizations and such that help the needy and offer all kinds of services to ppl that really need them for free. For example, I know of a great free clinic that is affiliated with a string of churches in my area and in addition to the health care, they offer needy families services just like the one you speak of.

    best of luck to you!

Yes, your services can be considered.

However, shall be availed only if they are economically viable.

    Good Luck !!
