How do I lose weight fast?
I am 17 years old, 5'7, but I wiegh 197 lbs. I have prom coming up in about 2 months, and I really want to lose weight fast. I especially want to lose weight in my arms and my back and tummy. anybody have any points they can give me here?

1. Exercise. Its really easy to find good exercises to do, just look it up on google.
2. Drink 8 glasses of water a day. (other drinks count as water, too. But not unhealthy drinks like soda. Healthy ones, like orange juice and stuff)
3. Eat three meals a day. Make sure they are at around the same time.
Also make sure that those foods are low in calories or fat.
4. ALWAYS eat breakfast!!! If you don't eat breakfast, then your motabolism won't work well throughout the day.
5. If you want to exercise alot, then you should eat alot. Otherwise it won't be healthy, and you'll feel sick. So when you eat three meals, make sure they're not small, but they're low fat.
6. In the morning, Stretch. Stretch whenever you can.
Also, green tea helps you loose weight.

you can't lose wight really quickly but you can lose 2-3 pounds a week but diet and exercise
make sure you do weight training because excess skin may flab around

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!

i went a whole day without eating and looked much skinnier, of course, im going to get thumbs down for saying that. but, stop drinking pop! everytime i quit i lose alot of weight! start drinking red diamond sugar free tea with splenda. cafiene, but no sugar or calories.

2. eat healthier, eat less, and don't eat after 7PM

muscle burns at least four times as many calories as fat does so try twenty minutes of strength straining two to three times a week

I know everyone thinks fitnesse (the cereal) is a load of bull with its low fat but it actually IS low fat ! Eat that for breakfest and lunch (thats what I do)
