How do you include a picture in an email ...?

through Gmail? I don't mean attaching the pic to the email. I want to put it in the body of the email so it shows up underneath the message. Any clues on how to do it? It's probably really easy but I'm computer stupid, so any help is appreciated! Thanks!

Update:

Thanks guys! I ended up just sending it as an attachment.

From my experience, you can no longer do it in yahoo.

Last October or November they did something to the programing that dose not allow placing pictures inside the email. It you sent me an email, with pictures in the email, when I forward it to anyone the pictures are never there.

Sorry! I have to do all of my pics in the email from my MSN account.

ensure you have image on your pc, and then once you're waiting to deliver your e mail, click on the attachment someplace close to the place you're writing your e mail and discover the place your image is placed at and choose your %. which you somewhat prefer to deliver and click on attachment.
