can you help me please?
hiya everyone i have had this problem 4 about 2 yrs.
its my left shoulder blade and rib cage the only way i can explain it is my shoulder blades my ribcage on the left side feel very tight most of the time and every so often i get a twinge it feels like something as got traped i also get the same pain around the the ribs .
if anyone as any ideas wat this could be please let me know

i am not sure but i had the same pain and i was referred to a neuro surgeon who in turn referred me to a physical therapist who after a few weeks of hands on therapy relieved the pain = good luck
