I would go to Forever 21. Their stores are in the mall so you wont feel like its all for old ladies. They always have great deals and you can get really cute shirts for only about five dollars. They also have shirts in the twenty dollar range. You should check H&M, Urban Outfitters, and Aeropostale as well. All of the stores can be found in your local mall, and online. Hmmmm well i know that Deb and Khols have some pretty cute clothes ( you sometimes have to look hard) that are not that expensive. Though you cant shop online at them - Marshalls and TJMaxx have designer clothes that are not really expensive at all. Good Luck : )
