Movie Buffs: what movie was this scene in?

Question

I thought of this scene from a movie from several years ago and have no idea what movie it's from. I think the scene involved a homocide detective who was trying to locate a witness or a suspect. They find this black guy sitting dead in a bathtub and it appeared as though he was smoking some drugs out of the chamber of a shotgun while it was loaded and it went off in his face and killed him. Any ideas what movie this is from?

No it wasn't Goodfella. I just watched that last week. The movie was way newer than that, like within the last 6-7 years.

Well there is a scene in the film, "Tombstone" where one the badguys (red sash wearers) who is in an opium den and while he thinks he is about to consume another hit, he actually is fed the end of the shotgun by Wyatt Earp (Kurt Russel) and you know what happens next.

"Halloween H20: 2 a protracted time Later" its the hollow kills that happen whilst they examine their neighbor's homestead that became broken into via Michael Myers. He kills them then comes back for the neighbor, who's Dr. Loomis's previous nurse and his sister's case worker.
