If Obama is a muslim?

They say Obama is running for president, and that he might win. He is also a Muslim according to what I have read. Now I am doing a servay only on born again Christians how many of you will vote for him knowing this, That His god is not the God of Israel, will you still vote for him or for Clinton or for none of the two. remember I will count your vote. I will save it and see if my poll was right. You must be a Christian to vote. Anna

Update:

Just go to your address bar and enter Osama. There is a world of information in the net. Find out for yourself.

Update 2:

Just say yes I will vote or no, I can't read your mind thanks. Why would he not pledge Allegiance to our flag, and worse turn his back when they do? Also a Christian is not scare to swear on the Bible.

No, I will not vote for him. It doesn't matter at this point whether he really is a Muslim or not. The PERCEPTION that he may not be totally patriotic and loyal to this country and may have ties through his lineage to Islamic extremists is enough to make him unfit for the office, not to mention the troubling policies and views he himself supports and his overwhelming lack of leadership experience.

I would have liked to see Mike Huckabee or a stronger conservative get the GOP nomination, but I will support the GOP candidate (likely McCain) and trust God and the rest of the party to keep him in line on social and moral issues where he might otherwise tend to be too liberal.

So definitely count me as a NO for Obama.

P.S. to John B: I will give both you and Anna the benefit of the doubt that it was a Freudian slip or a typo...Osama Obama and your use of "poles" for "polls". Nobody's perfect!

There is a Muslim stream in Obama. But, as I know , the electoral law of USA does not prevent a Muslim from contesting for the post of Presidency of America. There seems to be a tacit support for Obama from forces which are openly hostile to America. Their silence is their support. Among the countries under the influence of America , Isreal may have to fear the worst if Obama gets into White House. However , if Obama wins the race on the basis of his non-religious merit he should not be blamed for being son of a muslim father. As it stands since long Obama is a believing and practising Christian and is seen to have a broader view of religion in the context of Americal as well as international politics. His call is " move forward". The only thing that lacks clarity in this context is 'move' from where to where. If Obama is able to answer this question clearly and satisfactorily then he is the best choice and should get all votes.

Obama was here campaigning not too long ago and addressed that issue directly. He said that there had been many rumors spread and rumor had it that he was a muslim, but that he is most definitely not a muslim. His father is, but had not been around since he was 2 years old. He said that his mother was a single mother and raised him alone in the Church of Christ. Then he said, "And I praise Jesus!" I think if he were a muslim, at least a good one, the last thing he would want to do is deny his faith, especially to claim to be of the Christian faith, whom the muslims claim as infidels. It seems to me that would be a very dangerous thing to do. That doesn't mean I intend to vote for him. I probably won't, but I believed him on that particular issue.

YEs he is muslim and no I wont vote for him at all. We dont serve the same God, tho there is only one true God. God says the God of the Holy Bible with the full teachings of Jesus Christ is the only truth, and all else is false. Noone is forced to beleve it, but either you do or you dont.

No I wont vote for him, but will pray for him to one day see the truth and allow Jesus into His heart.

I cant imagine anyone claiming to be Christian that would vote for him or Hillary. Not many choices this year, and I hear many arent voting becasue of it. so sad.

LEts all pray. Thanks for asking.

    God bless you.

Barack Obama attends the Trinity Church of Christ in Chicago, Illinois. The first words about this church from its web site states "We are a congregation which is Unashamedly Black" and also states "We are an African people, and remain "true to our native land,"

One of the most revered people according to the Trinity Church of Christ in Chicago, Illinois is W.E.B. DuBois. This individual according to Wikipedia "Du Bois became impressed by the growing strength of Imperial Japan following the Japanese victory in the Russo-Japanese War. Du Bois saw the victory of Japan over Tsarist Russia as an example of "colored pride"." In addition, Mr. DuBois "Du Bois became a willing part of Japan's so-called "***** Propaganda Operations" run by Japanese academic and Imperial Agent Yasuichi Hikida" Further, Mr. DuBois wrote that "Joseph Stalin was a great man; few other men of the 20th century approach his stature." In 1961, Mr. DuBois officially joined the Communist Party. In 1963 Mr. DuBois and his wife renounced their American Citizenship and became citizens of Nigeria. So, Mr. Obama is NOT a Muslim. You can draw your own opinions about what he IS.

I will not vote for Obama or power-hungry Hillary.

On a good voting note, as long as none of the candidates bloodlines can be traced to Rome we don't have to worry about any of them being the antichrist.

    Anna,

Just my opinion here, but you are a total ***. What does Obama's religion have to do with anything? Who really cares - he can be a Muslim or a Catholic or a Mormon or a Jehovah's Witness. It just does not really matter. What ever his beliefs are he cannot force them on the American Public (at the most he could try - but it would not go over - he can't make us do anything we don't want to). So, who cares? Who really, really cares?

What if I asked a question such as "If Anna is Black, White, Hispanic, Chinese, Japanese, etc or does Anna have blonde, brunette or red hair" would that really matter? I think not.

He is also a Muslim according to what I have read.

    -- What did you read?

Obama is especially proud of being a husband and father of two daughters, Malia, 9 and Sasha, 6. Obama and his wife, Michelle, married in 1992 and live on Chicago’s South Side where they attend Trinity United Church of Christ

That is from his web site... Please do some research or maybe your hoping that no one else does.

i cant believe how dumb people are on here. He isnt a muslim and if he was we have freedom of religion. Next time any of you born again evangelicals want to put more RELIGION into govt. think about a Muslim doing the same thing.. you dont like that do you? That is why you want to keep them seperate. so they dont interfere with one another.
