Any animal, as long as their habitat is preserved and you save a sufficient supply of their sperm and eggs.

It is possible, with a complete set of DNA, to clone any animal. That can include animals that have been extinct for hundreds, or thousands of years. However as remains get older, the quality of DNA within them deteriorates and can be destroyed all together. In theory though, any animal can be brought back from extinction.

Yourself. but then, your penis must be too small for you to procreate so I'm not worried about the extinction of your kind as it will just happen naturally.
