Bears Fans?

How dedicated are you that you keep attacking Rex Grossman for the offensive woes when his old offensive line is swiss cheese, his receivers have stone hands and his "running back" is made of glass? Ron Turner is the problem, but rather than admitting it we all just attack Grossman. WE SHOULD BE PETITIONNING TOGET RON TURNER FIRED not Rex Grossman!!!

    I completly agree

    you basically said it all

how can any QB do well with what we give the QB which is absolutly nothing but dropped passes, no time to throw and no running game to fall back on

we all say how Brady did when he didn't have all day to throw

and it just proves that a QB is only as good as his WRs and O line

I think Rex is a good QB and if we built around him and gave him weapons and USED them correctly we would be consistently making the playoffs

and your right I really dont like Ron Turner

how can you not get Hester incorporated that guy is amazing and I was angry from the first play of the season when we started with the Cedric Benson run

and it would help if fans didn't just blame everything on Rex I'm just glad he didn't want to leave us all

Ron Turner sucks. But, if the Bears draft a QB ( I hope Joe Flacco), then we can use Rex Grossman for 1 last year as a #2 QB behind Kyle Orton, or possibly the starting QB. We need to use a QB like Rex Grossman for 1 more year, then in 2009, sign Kyle Orton to a long term deal, and use the QB the Bears drafted.

Ron Turner sucks. We need to fire him and get a new and better offensive coordinator. If we keep him, he'll just make the offense for the Bears bad, if we fire and get a new offensive coordinator, then we could probably do better.

I agree that our offensive line sucks, and it's not Rex Grossman's fault. We need some good players from free agency and the draft if we want to have a good Offensive line. The Bears also have to get some young defensive players, we just fired 2 of our oldest players, Fred Miller and Rueben Brown, now we can get some good free agents, and some good players from the draft.

The Bears have a lot to do this offensive, and hopefully, they can fix the offensive line, fix the QB position, fix the defense, and get a better offensive coordinator.

    ( I doubt they'll fire Ron Turner)

Colrage- What an answer, it looked exactly like mine.

Haha yeah, i'm kinda excited for this matchup, after all soccer is soccer, yet i'm quite particular Rivers and Cutler have grown over that opposition, by using fact they are in diverse divisions now. yet hey, that is attainable they nonetheless hate eachother. i'm a splash fearful approximately vs. Nathan Vasher however. If he manages to intercept a Cutler bypass or 2, it says ALOT approximately Lovie Smith's conceal 2 scheme. even so, that is only preseason so it would not rather count quantity. BQ: protection OJ Atogwe. he's a limited loose agent, and could cost the Bears alot, yet he's a acceptable 10 protection so if the Bears can in a roundabout way sign him a young, then they are filling a want/getting an impact participant, like the signing of Julius Peppers. On acceptable of that, that they had have greater selections contained in the draft to look at drafting OL.

Judging someone by the number of interceptions they throw is ridiculous. DeNotto, yes Rex threw 2 interceptions in the SB. But Manning threw 1 interception and ended up the MVP on the winning team. And don't forget that Favre may have the passing record (yards, TDs) but he also holds the record for most interceptions.

In the NFL, as in other areas (for instance, in politics) we like to place the blame for ALL of the problems on ONE person. It makes it so much easier to focus our anger.

The only way to get a seasoned, dependable QB is to continue to develop him, not switch people out whenever they are not doing well. And to develop them, the entire offense must also do their jobs 100% of the time. And to do that, the coaching staff need to either pick the right players or know how to work with the strength and weaknesses of the players they already have. A handful of new draft picks or free agents can't be the saviors of any team.

Your GM has to do something this year about that offensive line, and recievers.Turner is part of the problem.Even so you can't have defenders on the QB as soon as the ball is snapped. Then to have Hester not knowing where to lineup as a reciver, and others dropping balls that should be caught. There is more of a problem there in Chicago then 1 person.Lovie talking about drafting more defense, does not make one feel very confident that this year will be any better then last.

So was it Turner that threw those two really bad interceptions in the Super Bowl? Rex is bad. Yes the line is bad and so are the receivers. And so is Benson. Im not a fan of Turner myself but I have seen enough of Rex.

I agree 100%. It also doesn't help the pressure on Rex when the fans chant and that makes me seriously wish they could have a go QBing in his position.

I agree that Ron Turner is part of the problem. But Rex just sucks to me. I don't care what receivers you have he will still suck it up! My opinion though!
