The problem with just asking is that he may not know for sure himself.

I think the light flirting or slightly suggestive questions, answers, or comments might open the door to...........

Pay attention to his body language as much as the words from his mouth.

If you ask him around other people you can be pretty sure that he will say no if there is any doubt.

If you want him to relax, you have to give him some security - privacy - someplace where nobody can see or hear him, etc...

I think an action that would ask the question would be far more powerful than the actual words. What could you do that could get him thinking?

Well grow some huevos and ask. Ask him if he ever goes to a certain bar... If he's interested in you, you'd probably know by him flirting or smiling at you. Or go up to him and be honest. I was wondering if you were gay. I highly doubt you will get slapped or punched.

Just ask. Better to ask and know than to flirt and get the crap beat out of you by some jack *** that would be offended by it.

you dont ask...you flirt and then u kinda have to figure it out on your own until the said person acts first...then you will know if hes gay or not
