Speak to your family doctor if possible first. Other than that... get some prenatal vitamins. You really want to have the prenatals in your system for ideally at least 3 months prior (my docs advice).

You sound like you are well in tune with your body. All sounds good there. Stay happy and healthy and as stress-free as possible! Best wishes!

Get prenatal vitamins and start taking those. Stop any smoking, drinking, drugs, caffeine...you know...all of the off limit things during pregnancy should be stopped now since you're ttc. Have sex once a day, every-other day. NO more, NO less. If you go more you will lower his sperm count and what sperm he does have will not be mature, so no fertilization can take place. If you go less, his sperm will be too old or even dead and no fertilization can take place.

    Good luck!!

Just relax. If you get too stressed out you could mess up your cycle.
