I think so too! I think he knows exactly what Jerry gave Nik before and the drug he gave him is the true counteragent that Robin and PAtrick needed to cure him before to prevent this from happening.

I agree. It makes a lot of sense that Jerry would have had a doctor boss, since he had access to such a rare and unusual drug. I think Devlin is the surgeon who gave Jerry his new look, too. Plus, I think he had something to do with that virus a couple years ago that killed some people... I cannot remember who, offhand. Wow. Who was it that the virus killed? It almost killed Dylan and Lulu and Sky. Oh my.

yes, I derfinitely agree. Devlin is the one that supplied Jerry with the drug for Nicholas and the counteragent. He is also the man in the shadow that we've seen when Jerry is on the phone. What his motives for working at GH are I dont' know yet, but it will be interesting.

probably, it is odd that Jerry had the poison no one really knows about, and Devlin seems to be the one working on the cure and that they are connected via the mob.
