Well they say it is very beautiful , But quite cold. Auckland is good to stay !

New Zealand is a beautiful country, and fantastic to live and raise kids in.
Where to live though ... that's tougher. It depends on what you want to do. Personally, I prefer the South Island, though if you're interested in IT etc, then the North Island (Auckland in particular) may be your best bet.

"God's Own Country" !
Auckland, Wellington Hamilton,; South Island too is GRRREEEAT : Dunedin, Christchurch ; especially if u like natural/scenic beauty - but colder.

new zealand is one of the most diverse and easy going countries in the world to live in .
like any country however , you fit in with them , they'll accomodate you .
