^nothing wrong with dieting at all, its nt dangerous
alli can be a very effective weight loss pill, however it has some side effects that im not ok with it. these are loose stools, uncontrollable stools, and sometimes anal seapage. I think its kinda gross, but obviously not everybody gets the side effects, other than that its supposed to be very effective and help u lose 2-3 lbs a week.
i would recommend taking hydroxycut max, its supposed to work well, especially for women, and it doesnt come with gross side effects, other than that keep up with your diet and start exercising a bit, and you'll be slimmed down for your wedding!
hope i helped and
good luck!

There is no magic pill. All weight loss pills are risky. Weight watchers is good, stick to that. Make sure you always eat breakfast. Exercise too. The best time to exercise to lose weight is as early as you can in the day. Exercise boasts metabolism for several hours afterwards. You should exercise from 45 to 60 minutes at one time most days. Fiber also causes more weight loss. It is very possible to lose 15 pounds before May without pills or desparate diets.

Dieting is OK... In fact sometimes is healthier. Some ignorant people said to you that dieting is wrong. Do not hear them. Dieting with control, like Weight watchers is good.
The pill works but if you are on a strict diet.
* Try to drink more water.
* Take the bus and get down 1 or 2 stops earlier to walk more.
* Take 5 minutes every hour to stretch your legs.
* Use the stairs instead of the elevator.
* Work out for 30 minutes at least 3 times a week.
* Eat healthier snacks, like light granola bars or a fruit.
Hope this help.

Really, there is no magic bullet. If you are on weight watchers, that is a good program.
Make sure you are doing AT LEAST 30 minutes of cardio most days of the week...if you have time to do more, do it.
Also, are you lifting weights? If not, add this to your regimine...you will appear tighter and will actually lose faster if you do.
I am a personal trainer, so if you want any more info, feel free to ask. I would be glad to help you achieve your goals. However, that being said, 15 lbs. by May is a pretty hard goal to reach. You risk losing muscle and tone, and a pretty good chance of regaining if you lose too fast. 2 -3 lbs a week is good.
But like I said--lift weights. If you are a girl, don't be afraid of bulking up--it's not gonna happen. What will happen is nice, tight definition, and increased metabolism...
good luck!!!

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.
I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

Alli wont work, trust me, i work in a pharmacy, people hate it. It gives you diarrhea, its like taking a laxative, don't waste the money. I dropped 10 lbs since january 30th, my mom is on the DASH diet, its for ppl with high blood pressure and cholesterol, it works, it's simple, and i did it, i lost the weight, weight watchers is fine too, try signin up for a dance class, try zumba (salsa class) or hip hop class, don't try Alli, u dont have to live at the gym or starve urself, look up the DASH diet, it's very simple. Hope it works and congrats on your wedding.

Do not try weight loss pill. Just excercise. Do not diet also, it is dangerous.
