Absolutely. In some states, if you don't vote in the general election you must reregister.

Absolutely. As long as you are registered to vote, you may vote in the November election regardless of whether or not you voted in the primary.

Yes, There is absolutly no requirement to vote in the primaries or the general election.

Absolutely. They can't take away your voting rights just because you didn't vote in some past election. Just make sure you register before the deadline and you'll be fine.

Yes. lots of people don't vote in primaries.
Make sure you are registered to vote.
