theres actually a lot of debate on this issue. from what i understand, at hte moment coffeshops will be exempt from the smoking ban. however ive heard talks of plans to force coffeeshops to have a smoke free sales area, and a special area where you can light up. not much has actually been put to law yet on this topic.
