I think the Blackhawks are still one season away from winning it all. They have a great team but I believe it's the Sharks year. I'm not being a jerk and ripping on the Hawks. It's just that nothing is ever guaranteed. Many good teams have come and gone in this league. And every league for that matter. NFL: Colts. They have won one Superbowl. They have a marvelous team every year. Dolphins. In their hey day with Dan Marino, they went to the Superbowl in 1984. They lost. Nobody thought that would be the last time we ever saw Marino in a Superbowl. Patriots. Went undefeated during the regular season and then lost in the biggest game of their lives. NBA: Every year the Suns are on top of the league. Yet they have never won an NBA championship. Pistons. They had what was considered at the time the best starting five in the NBA. Yet they only got one championship during that run of 2003-2008. Lakers. In 2004 they put together a team that was thought to be unbeatable. Well, the Pistons beat them. 76ers. It's hard to believe that Dr J only won one championship while being there. MLB: The Braves went to the playoffs 14 straight seasons, and only won one world series Athletics. In the late 1988, 1989, and 1990, they went to the world series 3 straight years. Only winning one of them. 1989. NHL: In the Early 1990's Detroit struggled to get to the finals. When they finally went their for the first time since 1966, they were swept by the Devils. Sharks. How many times have we seen them have good regular seasons? Nothing is guaranteed. But I like the Blackhawks future. Their captain Toews will lead them someday. Just give it time. Don't jump the gun. But for this year, I say the face the Sharks in the conference finals. I'm picking the Sharks because I believe they are due.

Now if the Hawks can go into Dallas and steal a victory, all Shark fans will also rejoice in the "Black Hawks Win! Black Hawks Win!" cheering!

Hey LITY, are you working on that book someone asked about earlier today? Lity's memoirs? Anyway, yeah I watched 2 periods of the game, and found it to be a good game. All I heard was Panger talking about the Yotes. He did say a few good things about the young Hawks and their trades. I noticed that Whatever game he does, Versus, NBC, or the Yotes he is always biased toward one team or another. Its only good if its your team that he is biased toward, otherwise you have to tune him out.

No, I didn't watch your stinking Black Hawks game! lol. I was too busy watching the Lightning blow it in the 3rd period. Some things never change. :(
