social security question?

if married for twenty five years then divorced i remarried but ex did not remarried.can i claim and part of his 401k.

    Only if it was specified in your divorce decree. You don't just get it automatically.

    You could of if you didn't get remarried. You gave up all interest in anything he had when you said I DO the second time.

    and usually that kind of stuff is null and void once you remarry.
