Borderline Personality Disorder ~ MUST READ ~ LOOK?
I was diagnosed with bpd almost a year ago now. it answered so many questions. i've always analyzed myself and everything in life but couldn't perfect the me part without knowing what exactly was going on other than just depression.
I am looking for stories that you may want to share to help others learn to deal with this disease. Every little story could have a life changing effect. Whether you have BPD yourself of are hear because a loved one has been diagnosed any words of advice or specific stories would be appreicated.
If you send me a story i will email you all stories i receive if you want. if you have any questions or just need to talk i'm always here. i love helping people and have so much hope now it's not even funny.
i've been doing DBT class since september i beleive and i have come so far. the difference in the short amount of time is life changing in so many positive ways. i would be happy to talk to anyone who needs me carajean@mail.com
most people won't write but there are people just like me who do want the help even if they are scared and will feel like talking. i've already had a few today. people don't want to feel like ****. this isn't a choice. this is a real disease that can get better. i just want to make that known from someone who has experienced lows beyond belief and have gotten somewhere good in my life.
there is so little about this from actual people who have gone through it. a doctor can research all he or she wants but you can't even begin to understand unless you've felt it.
i'm not here to judge or direct or anything like that. i'm just hear to share, listen and learn

This is a nice gesture. I doubt that you will get many stories unless people know you more personally. But otherwise this is a nice thing to do and I wish you luck in your endevour.
