my ex husband was found disabled by a judge a little over a month ago. i was contacted by social security and given back pay for the kids for the time he was found disabled. he was also awarded a lump sum of his own for the 2.5 years he was approved to be disabled. his letter told him half of that money was going to his back child support and that was about 3 weeks ago. how long does it take to see that money on my side as a payment towards the arrears?

I know I downloaded something bad cuz it changes all my internet security options by itself no matter what I do. I even went in through my control panel to try, nothing.

I've run yahoo anti-spy and ad-aware and cleaned up anything unusual I could see out of my add-remove programs, nothing.

I was away from my computer for maybe 5 hours and there were over 100 popups when I came back.

I don't have a windows xp disc as I purchased this computer used. It ran fine for a year and now this. What can I do, please help. How can it change my system itself? Oh yeah, I've shut down all processes from Cnt/Alt/Delete and same thing, nothing.

My kids like to use my computer too, but I can't let them till I fix this as some of the things that pop up are straight porn.

i am just starting a business and don't really know how to do the bookeeping. i'm not making enough money to pay anyone yet. i am providing a service at peoples homes. they pay me depending on how often i come and i need to find a way to set up files about them.

what i think i need:

Name and addresses where i can make notations as to each client with a small paragraph

a way to record payment i receive from them so i can file and pay taxes at the end of the year.

please help with any information you may have. i appreciate it in advance. thanks : o )

the judge signed an order that said i could serve him by mail since sherriff's weren't able to after repeated times. i dont' exactly know what that means. can anyone help me?

the judge said it's the same order as filing a publication only mail was much cheaper. does anyone know what to do next? i live in washington state if that makes a difference. thank you.

just got my ps3 today and i'm trying to play rock band. i can do drums, haven't even set up guitar and am trying to figure out how to sing? please help

okay i'm borderline, have been diagnosed for six months or so. until then i just assumed i was depressed and had an anger problem.

i know the problem is me for most of the things that go wrong in my life. i'm not blind or oblivious to it. i've been doing dbt class for about 2 months.

i feel like i get some things out of it but mostley they are either going way to slow (like some ppl don't get it) or i feel like they touch on subjects that don't apply to me. i smoke weed every day, i know that puts a damper on my disorder and is harder to treat.

my question is why do i feel so horrible about my boyfriends love for me. like tonight i wake up and find he's sleeping in the spare bedroom, again. i went to bed before him. we have one day a week we can wake up together and i wanted to do exactly that. part of me knows i'm just being crazy to think negatively about this, part of me feels hurt and rejected when i wake up to him being gone. the pain feels so real and intense. what do i do?

having a really hard time dealing with it tonight more than any other time so far. i was treated really bad today by someone i love a lot. it's hard for me to get over it right now since the hurt is so fresh. we live together so that makes it even harder. and for the kicker i get ignored all night and an empty bed.

I don't have the disk or any disk for that matter. I am trying to sell my laptop but don't want to get burned as I see people do. If I can't delete the system without the disk how do I clean it out as best as I can?

It is detected when I plugged it in initially, but then it says it can't detect a driver and it's highlighted in yellow labled unkown. Yet the properties say the device is working fine. I installed all the windows updates available. What could be the problem? Anything would really really help.
