How do ants know how to work together like human do?
Ants often work together to carry food in and out of some places. That means they must know how to communicate with each other and tell each others what to do (like human do in team work). So, how do ants communicate with each other and form a community? Do they communicate through touching with each other or sending some signals to each others?

A lot of ant communication is via pheromones - signals via scents.
The complex behaviour of an ant's nest is called an "emergent behaviour", which means that a few, simple rules (obeyed by each ant) can add-up to a large, complex behaviour.

They know how to talk to each and depend on each other to live.They all have a job to do.

Survival of the species. each and each ant is programmed via evolution to ensure that their specie stay to tell the story. by using fact the common life is from 40-5 to sixty days, they want no longer kill their specie (they die in approximately 2 months); the ants artwork long and not ordinary as a replace .

they use sents and pharamones to guide them etc, also a little bit of instinct helps...and have you ever seen some people working together, they do nothing but argue
