an American coin called a mill.....?

I think it might've been an old Oklahoma coin. Its about the size of a quarter with a pencil sized hole in the middle of it. I was told it was worth 1/10 of a cent around 1935ish. I would really like more info on this for someone I know. I tried lookin it up on the net with no luck.Does anyone know anything about it?

These coins were actually sales tax tokens. They were worth 1/10 of a cent. During World War II, the OK mills were made in cardboard to save on metal usage.
